Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Execute precise material handling for inventory loading/unloading and order fulfillment
- Conduct daily pre/post-shift equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Maintain accurate digital inventory tracking using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA standards for hazardous materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (current within 6 months)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable forklift operation experience
- Proficiency in warehouse inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
- Strong spatial awareness and depth perception
- Valid California driver's license
- Forklift experience in temperature-controlled environments (bonus)
