Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Organize and maintain clean, organized storage areas
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in warehouse setting
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and material handling best practices
- Ability to read and interpret warehouse layouts, shipping labels, and inventory codes
- Physical stamina to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate equipment for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Clean pre-employment background check and drug screen required
