Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within warehouse and storage areas
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Assist in warehouse cleanliness and organization standards
- Support cross-functional operations as needed during peak periods
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Valid Florida driver's preferred
