Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse organization systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Document all material movements and inventory changes accurately
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
