Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts to move palletized goods in warehouse environments
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using WMS systems
- Ensure OSHA compliance through daily equipment inspections and safe material handling
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to 5S standards
- Utilize RF scanners for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/forklift operations
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer proficiency with inventory software
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
