Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, locate, and stack materials in warehouse
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Load/unift shipments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Clean background check and reliable transportation
- English proficiency required, bilingual a plus
