Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload pallets and materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on forklifts before/during shifts
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading workflows
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Clean driving record and pre-employment drug screening required
