Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Manage inventory with precision using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily production targets
- Document inventory movements and complete shipping/receiving logs
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
