Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials efficiently
- Conduct daily pre-operation safety inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Operate material handling equipment in high-temperature environments
- Assist with warehouse cleanup and equipment sanitation
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (current or within last 6 months)
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating industrial forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work nights/weekends as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
