Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move palletized materials
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanning systems
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Train new operators on warehouse procedures and equipment
- Optimize storage layouts to maximize space utilization
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license
- 2+ years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand 8+ hours
- Familiarity with RF scanning systems
- Strong spatial awareness and depth perception
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
