Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize warehouse inventory safely and efficiently
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Assist in warehouse cleaning and organization duties
- Support cross-functional teams during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license (required for company vehicle use)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Willingness to complete OSHA certification training
