Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts and powered industrial equipment with precision and safety
- Load/unload trucks, containers, and rail cars while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Inspect and perform routine equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Strictly adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols in all operations
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily production and delivery targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems for inventory tracking and documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime shifts
