Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load/unload trucks and move inventory
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Stack, organize, and rotate stock in designated storage areas
- Assist with receiving, shipping, and inventory cycle counts
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or manufacturing experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Valid driver's license required
