Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload palletized goods safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Manage inventory counts and assist with warehouse organization tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document material movements and maintain accurate warehouse records
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in warehouse or industrial setting
- Strong understanding of safety standards and proper material handling techniques
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
