Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move pallets and materials safely
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision using RF scanners
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain organized inventory in racking systems with FIFO protocols
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE
- Collaborate with warehouse team for efficient workflow
- Complete daily production and safety documentation
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain free training)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
