Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory in warehouse setting
- Perform daily pre-operation equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Assist in warehouse cleaning and organization initiatives
- Train new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial awareness
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
