Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within warehouse facility
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Load/unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records through warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team to optimize warehouse efficiency and safety standards
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (current or ability to obtain within 48 hours)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass background/drug screening
