Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with OSHA standards
- Accurately track inventory using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to prevent hazards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and reporting procedures
- Assist in training new operators on equipment and safety practices
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Osha-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy and inventory system experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
