Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital tools for inventory management and task coordination
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of inventory movements and warehouse activities
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times
- Assist in warehouse organization and layout optimization for efficient operations
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Strong digital literacy for remote coordination tools (e.g., inventory software, video conferencing)
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
