Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials throughout 200,000 sq ft facility
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on equipment
- Accurately manage inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Train on new equipment and safety procedures as technology evolves
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down forklifts in warehouse setting
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety excellence
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
