Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move goods between storage, production, and shipping areas
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Load/unload trucks with precision while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Maintain organized warehouse layout through efficient stacking and palletizing
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Complete required documentation for inventory tracking and movement
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification required
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
