Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as directed
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, order pickers) as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
