Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) for material movement and inventory stacking
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Coordinate with warehouse team for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Maintain accurate inventory documentation in WMS systems
- Support cross-functional departments during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work in varied temperature conditions
