Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in warehouse settings
- Load/unload shipments with attention to inventory accuracy and safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas following FIFO principles
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety standards
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation processes
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Good communication skills in English
- Pass background check and drug screening
