Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within 50,000 sq ft climate-controlled warehouse
- Load/unload trucks and containers with zero-damage accuracy using electric pallet jacks
- Conduct daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs to fleet supervisor
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work zones
- Assist with inventory audits using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (current or within last 6 months)
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience in fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Fluent English communication skills with basic math aptitude
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
