Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move pallets and materials safely
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Load/unift trucks and containers using proper stacking techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in regular safety training and equipment recertification
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
