Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse/dock environments
- Load/unload trailers with precision using pallet jacks and hydraulic equipment
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using WMS systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA material handling standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Train new hires on equipment operation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 2+ years of warehouse/forklift experience in fast-paced environments
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Valid Arizona driver's license required
- Experience with RF scanning technology preferred
