Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in a warehouse setting
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Accurately track inventory using warehouse management systems and documentation
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA and company protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse efficiency and meet daily targets
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and preparing shipments for distribution
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through company training)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating industrial forklifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
