Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse settings
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory
- Perform daily equipment safety inspections and maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization standards
Qualifications
- No forklift experience required - we provide paid certification training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license (state of Wisconsin preferred)
- Willingness to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Reliable transportation to North Industrial Road location
- High school diploma or equivalent
