Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to move materials within warehouse facilities
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Load/unload shipments while verifying inventory accuracy and documentation
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA and company protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Complete daily logs and reports for inventory and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or industrial equipment operation experience
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and material handling best practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation and load calculations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
