Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to transport raw materials and finished products
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Stack and organize pallets in designated storage areas with precision
- Train new team members on safe material handling practices
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Proficient in basic inventory management software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
