- Load/unload trucks and verify shipment accuracy against manifests
- Maintain clean and organized storage zones following FIFO principles
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with receiving/shipping teams for seamless workflow
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation tasks
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance record
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- English fluency required; Spanish a plus
