Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials within warehouse and distribution facilities
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Load/unload shipments with precision while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage and retrieval processes

Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards and material handling best practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and load verification
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
