Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Manage inventory using WMS systems to ensure accurate stock levels
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading schedules
- Train on new equipment and safety protocols as company expands
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of recent warehouse experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Flexible availability including occasional weekend shifts
