Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials with precision
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Manage inventory using RF scanners and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately upon hire)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy with inventory system experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (warehouse environment)
