Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to transport materials throughout warehouse
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records via WMS system
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs to supervisor
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Load/unload trucks using proper stacking techniques
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and common areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year recent forklift operation experience (certification preferred)
- Valid state driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness abilities
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
