Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load/unload shipments with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement stock rotation systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize workflow efficiency
- Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with transport regulations

Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
