Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized goods with precision
- Conduct daily pre-operation safety inspections and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Coordinate with warehouse team to optimize inventory storage and retrieval workflows
- Document inventory movements using WMS systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Adhere to OSHA, ANSI, and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist in training new operators on equipment handling and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down forklifts in warehouse settings
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness abilities
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid New Mexico driver's license preferred
