Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage and workflow efficiency
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per 5S methodology
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle count procedures
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (e.g., OSHA, Hyster, or Toyota certification)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
