Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to move pallets and materials throughout 500k sq ft facility
- Perform daily equipment safety checks and report maintenance needs
- Manage inventory via RF scanning systems with 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional team loading/unloading of 53ft trailers
- Adhere to FIFO protocols and warehouse safety standards
- Train new operators on equipment SOPs and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 2+ years warehouse material handling experience
- Proficiency with RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Valid California driver's license
