Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts (sit-down/stand-up) for loading/unloading trucks and pallet movement
- Conduct daily pre-operation equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using WMS systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow
- Optimize stacking/storage techniques to maximize warehouse space
- Train new hires on equipment operation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years industrial forklift experience (valid certification required)
- OSHA Forklift Operator certification (current)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Valid Nevada driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work nights/weekends during peak seasons
- Basic math and measurement skills
