- Safely operate sit-down forklifts in a high-volume warehouse environment
- Accurately load/untract freight using proper rigging techniques
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled zones
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Pre-employment drug screening required
