Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move goods in warehouse and dock areas
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Load/unload trucks with precision while adhering to OSHA and company protocols
- Manage inventory counts and documentation with warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved) and minimum 1 year operating experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety protocols
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system navigation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Experience with RF scanning technology a plus
