Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials in warehouse and dock areas
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision and efficiency
- Manage inventory rotation and stock organization systems
- Maintain clean, organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Document operations accurately in warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- 2+ years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand 8+ hours
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with warehouse technology (WMS, RF scanners)
