Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory with precision
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Ability to work in cold storage environments (0-40°F)
