Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and loading docks.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure safety and proper mechanical function.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and tagging stock as it moves through the facility.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely processing of customer orders.
- Keep work areas organized, clean, and free of hazards.
- Assist with warehouse organization projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA 10/30) required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- 1+ years of experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
