Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and safety equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Accurately stock and retrieve inventory using RF scanners and order pickers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Ensure proper documentation of all material handling activities.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred but willing to train if no cert).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand and operate heavy machinery for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various temperatures.
