Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect equipment for any mechanical issues before operation and report any maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and ensure proper organization of stock in the warehouse.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform daily safety checks and housekeeping duties in the work area.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating powered industrial trucks.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety regulations.
- Must be able to operate in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
