Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts by scanning and logging stock movements into the warehouse management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform routine safety checks and basic maintenance on forklift equipment before and after shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Properly label and store pallets according to company standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and ticket verification.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
