Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts to transport materials within warehouse and loading docks
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Inventory management using RF scanners and digital tracking systems
- Maintain OSHA compliance and workplace safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Load/unroll shipments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (current or obtainable within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and inventory tracking experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Flexible availability including weekends/holiday shifts
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
